What is the NSPCC?

• The NSPCC is a charity that helps children who
  are getting abused.
• All the money we raise goes to help children in
  need
• Here are some of the things you can do to help

You can try doing different shows e.g Dog shows,
talent shows or fashion shows to help raise money
for NSPCC.
You can organise sponsors like running, swimming
ect.
You can organise things like movie nights or
cheese and wine nights.
You can hold many different sales such as cake
sales and jumble sales.

How did the Nspcc Start?
The NSPCC is a charity that was set up by
Benjamin Waugh in 1884. There were no laws back
then to protect children from cruelty. Ben
thought this was a very bad state of affairs and
set to work to make things better. By 1889, the
NSPCC had persuaded Parliament to pass the
Childrens Charter.

• Its unfair that any one should be suffering
  child abuse. Childhood should be the best time of
  your life so lets take action and all the money
  we raise will come in benefit to them.
