  • In 1995, a software engineer in Hawaii needed a
    quick way for a small group of people to
    collaborate in building a web document.
  • He called it the Wiki Wiki Web
  • Wiki Wiki is Hawaiian for quick

  • The most popular example is Wikipedia, an online
    encyclopedia that owes all of its content to
    people who voluntarily add and edit articles.

  • Constructivism sees learning as a dynamic
    process in which learners construct new ideas or
    concepts on their current/past knowledge and in
