    that you should avoid it. Why would anyone want
    to have anything that they know to be
    inauthentic? Now coming to the main part of my
    answer. Most fake products dont contain anything
    useful. They are just a bunch of fillers, and
    other things to try to make the product appear as
    real. Some products contain growth hormones and
    steroids, which can pose serious health issues
    (especially if regularly had).

  • One of the most common side effect that can come
    is a gain in weight, since the fake product might
    contain unnecessary things like carbs, fats, etc.
    Also, the product might cause digestive issues
    like bloating, gas, stomach ache, heaviness, loss
    of appetite, etc. Another thing is that you dont
    really know what things are actually added into
    the product. Who knows about the long term
    negative effects it can have on your body?

    protein? and by that I mean most authentic, I
    suggest you keep in mind a few points
  • Go with authorized dealers. Original products
    will be available from authorized dealers, sites
    or shops only.
  • Check the packaging of the product. The fake
    ones will look cheap. They wont have an
    authenticity seal.
  • Check the barcode on the brand website. If it is
    real, it will recognize the product as real.
  • The smell and taste of fake products will differ.
    They wont taste and smell good.
  • The product wont mix well. It will form lumps.

    doesnt have many discounts, always go for the
    authentic ones. At least you will be taking a
    genuine product. Go for known and reputed brands
    and buy from authorized dealers or websites. And,
    always eat high-protein foods, instead of just
    relying on supplements.
