  planning, implementation of the immediate
  parish activities.
• Provides key communication within all ministries
• Take responsibility to ensure the following seven
  elements continue throughout the parish
  Evangelization, Worship, Word, Community,
  Service, Stewardship Leadership

• Through prayer and discernment
• connect the mission and goals of the parish to
  the mission and goals of the Diocese larger
  Church
• involve whole parish on regular basis for parish
  planning of goals and objectives
• monitor and identify the needs and resources of
  the parish
• ensure the following seven elements continue
  throughout the parish Evangelization, Worship,
  Word, Community, Service, Stewardship Leadership

• administrate permanent banking committee for
  counting the collection and other banking
  necessities
