• Importance of Decision Making
• You must make decisions frequently
• Your decisions will have a significant impact on
  the people and work you supervise
• Decision making is a skill which can be learned
• Remember problem solving indicates action
  something must be accomplished

• Step 5 Analyze potential solutions
• Step 6 Choose the best solution
• Step 7 Communicate your choice and implement

• Step 8 Monitor the outcomes that result from
  your chosen solution and compare them to the
  original problem
