Bold Award

• Established in 1973 to honor Harold C. Bold
• Competition for the Outstanding student research
  paper/ presentation at the annual meeting of the
  Phycological Society of America.
• The award consists of a certificate and monetary
  prize.
• The information presented by the student must be
  that of the students in English and should be a
  complete or nearly complete study.
• Students must submit an abstract and an ORIGINAL
  signed letter from the students research
  director to the Bold Award Committee
