to get a White Card online if you live and work
in New South Wales. We show you exactly
how, on this page. The Mandatory White
Card qualification, which is required in
order to enter onto a construction site
anywhere in Australia, is now accepted across all
State and Territory boundaries.

Green Card Vs White Card
Instead you can complete the course content
online, which typically takes between 3 to 4
hours. Then youll need to complete the
assessments, and then send us the required
documentation, so we can verify your
identification and competency. After
everythings been approved, well mail out your
White Card to you in the mail. You can even
select our Express Delivery option, and well
send your White Card out by Express Post.
Prior to the White Card being launched nationally
in 2009, in NSW this qualification was referred
to as the Green Card. The Green Card was the
old card that is no longer available and was only
valid for NSW. It was replaced with the
national White Card which is valid Australia
wide. So if you have been asked to get a
Green Card for construction then you are in
the right place. Here are the steps to get
your online White Card (NSW).

Step 1 Click the Start Course button below

Accept the Terms Conditions, and click on the
Start Course Now button at the bottom of the
TCs page, as per the picture on the right.

Step 2 Start doing the course online.
Our course can be done on any type of
computer, including PC, or Mac, PLUS you can do
it on a tablet, such as an iPad, or Android
Tablet. The course will play on an iPhone or
Smartphone, but you may find the screen size is
too small, and certainly it will be tricky trying
to do the written assessment on a SmartPhone, but
on a Tablet or iPad youll be fine. Easiest of
course, is a proper computer with a full sized
keyboard. The course displays in faststreaming
video with full professional voiceovers on each
slide so whether youre a visual, or auditory
learner, youll learn FAST with our course! You
can stop the course at any point and our system
will remember where you were up to when you next
login. This makes it superconvenient to
complete the course even in smaller chunks of
time over several days, to fit in with your
schedule!

Step 3 Once youve completed your White Card
Australia online course, you will need to
complete the assessments which are required
by Australian Government training regulations.
These include short answer assessments (typed
into our online learning portal) and a short (5
mins) telephone based assessment with one of our
friendly qualified assessors (available during
business hours 8am to 5pm AEST).

• Step 4 Once the assessments are done, youve
  nearly finished! The final requirements, again
  mandated by the Government training regulator
  (ASQA), relate to proving to us your ID. Dont
  worry, we provide everything you need right here.
  Heres what you need to do
• Print off the Declaration Form and fill it out
  including the witness signature (this is someone
  who can be a family member or firedn etc. who
  signs off that they observed you doing the
  assessment

• Get your Identity documentation and do a copy
  (Passport, Driver License etc ) see here
• Go to a Justice of the Peace or Commissioner for
  Declarations to witness and sign off your forms
  see here
• Scan your completed forms and upload them to our
  dashboard or post them to us in the mail.
• If all your documentation is in order, well
  process your White Card and send it out to you in
  the mail
• If you selected Express Delivery when you
  registered,well send your Card by Express Post.

If theres something not quite right with your
documentation, we will need you to correct that
so well send you an email indicating what has to
be sorted out. Within a few days of sending us
your forms, youll be the proud owner of a shiny
new White Card!
