Handy Hints

• Talk to your LEA or whoever manages your network
• Avoid Friday afternoons the techies are usually
  unavailable (I dont mean UKERNA or JVCS!)
• Always make sure you have completed a QA.
• Choose your conferencing room wisely consider
  security especially for your children
