GENERAL INFORMATION The American Helicopter
Societys Hampton Roads Chapter, Southeast
Region, and the Army Aviation Association of
America, Colonial Virginia Chapter, are
sponsoring this National Specialists meeting on
Helicopter Military Operations Technology (HELMOT
XIII). The theme is "Vertical Lift Devils of
the Night, Angels of the Day." An exhibit area
will display some of the latest state-of-the-art
helicopter technology. The technical sessions
and exhibit displays will take place in the
Crowne Plaza Williamsburg at Fort Magruder,
located in historic Williamsburg, Virginia,
except for the first day (Tuesday, 28 October
2008). The classified session will be held at
Fort Eustis. For your convenience, buses from
the Crowne Plaza Williamsburg at Fort Magruder
Hotel will be operating to and from Fort Eustis.
