Title: A Road Map of the Places in My Life
1A Road Map of the Places in My Life
2California
I was born in Southern California and I lived
there until I was fourteen. California will
probably always hold a special place in my heart.
The place that I absolutely miss the most is the
beach. The smell of the salt water, the cool
ocean breeze and the sound of crashing waves are
all part of my memories of California summers.

4Texas
My family moved to Texas in 1998. During high
school I lived in Ft. Worth. I did my first year
and a half of college at UTA in Arlington.
Finally, in January of 2003, I transferred to UT
Austin.

5Austin
- Austin is by far my favorite city in Texas. I
love the feeling of the place. With all of the
parks that Austin has its easy to take a break
and relax. The people in Austin are great too.
For the most part open minded people are of no
shortage in Austin. I feel encouraged here to
speak my mind, and to explore other peoples
points of view.

7Thailand
In Thailand I feel much more connected with
nature, at least once outside of Bangkok. Its
also interesting to be able to see buildings that
have stood the test of time for a thousand years.
They serve as a constant reminder of the many
generations who have walked on the ground beneath.
My mom is from Thailand. I have had the
opportunity to go to Thailand three times, the
most recent of which was in 2002.
