speakers that says On or Power or anything
similar to it. Find the volume button that says
volume and turn. - Dont bust the

- you can get in trouble.
5- How to use a computer mouse

- Rest heel of your hand on the table in front of
the mouse. - Hold the mouse between thumb and ring and little
fingers. - Use thumb and fingers to move the tip of the
arrow. - When the arrow becomes a pointing finger,hold
the mouse still. - Lightly click the mouse button with your index
finger. If the next page doesn't appear after you
click, - you aren't holding the mouse still when
clicking. - Clicking lightly is the secret.
- The lighter you click the better clicking works.
6- The position you sit in is so important in using
a computer. What you sit on matters. Your chair
should be easy to adjust and to provide comfort
to your body.
7Sit in your chair, facing your computer, and with
both knees pointing straight in front of you.
Your feet should be flat on the floor.
If they can't reach, try using a footrest - a
phonebook

9To Log In
Before you do anything you have to log in. All
you have to do is sign in your name and then type
in your password.
10Logging Out of The Computer   Once you have
finished using the Computer you must Log Out of
the computer.
11Why You should Log Out of the Computer
- SecurityAny computer left logged on is insecure.
Your account information ,name and social
security number is easily viewed by anyone who
sits down to machine you have left on.
12- Logging on to the net is quickly becoming as
popular as turning on the telly. Some of us
probably click on our computer's mouse more than
the TV remote control. - Using a computer is great you can do your
homework, find out information and play games -
and all without moving from your chair. But no
matter what you use the computer for, it affects
nearly every part of your body - mainly your
hands, wrists, arms, shoulders, back, neck and
eyes. So it's important to know how to keep your
body in form when at the computer. Here are some
easy steps to take

- The most boring part about computers is waiting.
14You are now ready to shut down. Whenever your
finished working with the PC, you should shut it
down properly. To do this, there's a special
command in the Start menu called Shut Down....
15- Choose Shut Down from the Start menu. The
following dialog box will appear
Make sure that the Shut down the computer? option
is selected and click on Yes
