4iP principles

Project selection criteria
  • Will it deliver Channel 4s public purposes?
  • Is it first, does it make trouble or inspire
    change?
  • Will it meet a user need? Will it scratch an
    important itch?
  • Is it 100 native to digital networks, with its
centre of gravity in participation or
    collaboration?

  • Will it scale well if it attracts a large user
    base?
