The Insightful Field Trip

The excited students rode the bus to the Museum
of Science and Industry. It was early in the
morning and some kids were sleepy but most were
wide awake. Nicole and Tiffany were hoping to see
many new things.

No, but my mom told me that there are way too
many things to see all in one day.
I cant wait to get to the museum. Have you ever
been there?
As the bus ride began Nicole and Tiffany talked
anxiously about the trip.

As the students arrived at the museum they
climbed off the bus and up the steps of the giant
building.

The students began to explore the museum,
Tiffany and Nicole went with their group to check
out the giant human heart they heard you could
walk through.

After checking out the science exhibits the
students moved on to the soda shop. Everyone
enjoyed some ice cream before heading home.

As the students boarded the bus Nicole began to
think about her exciting day. She had seen so
many interesting things that she wanted to share
with her family.

The insightful field trip made Nicole realize
that there were many things she didnt know
about yet. The stuff that she had learned about
at the museum was only a small portion of what
she still had to know in the world.

The bus pulled up the school and all of the
students were ready to go home. It had been a
long day and they were all anxious to tell their
families what they saw.

When Nicole got home she told her family all
about her exciting day. She told them that she
had learned a lot but knew there was much more
she still had to learn. They all agreed that
they should go to the museum someday.
