Reglas internacionales de interpretación de las
condiciones de entrega de la mercancía de los
contratos de compraventa internacional,
publicadas por la CCI de París (1936, 1953, 1967,
1976, 1980, 1990, 2000).

• Qué gastos de la operación correrán por cuenta
  del vendedor.
• En qué lugar se procederá a la entrega de la
  mercancía.
• En qué punto del trayecto se transmitirá el
  riesgo que comporta el transporte de la mercancía.
