• What are the obligations to the client?
• - The Provider agrees to provide the Services in
  a professional manner
• - The Provider shall ensure that its employees,
  suppliers, associates and sub-contractors comply
  with this agreement, especially those relating to
  intellectual property and confidentiality

• The Provider shall inform the Client immediately
  of any change to the Providers representative
  within the duration of the Agreement
• The Provider agrees that any documentation or
  verbally communicated information to the Client
  be in plain English and explained in laymans
  terms wherever possible.

What sort of sign-off form could the client be
asked to sign?

• Basically an approval form stating that project
  outcome has been measured against its acceptance
  criteria and has been formally accepted on behalf

• May have different sign-off forms for different
  parts of the project
• ie ..design plans, database layout, gui, or
  entire project itself
• Use sign-off forms for major milestones but not
  every little aspect of the system.

  final delivery date and could result in
  additional charges to my department and/or costs
  to The Company.
