• When brainstorming, you want to jot down as many
  ideas that come into your mind.
• Look as the list youve created and check off
  those ideas you want to use in your story.

Rough Draft

• Using your brainstorm list, write your first
  draft.
• Remember to include description and details.
• This is also known as your sloppy copy.

Edit and Revise

• Have a peer editor read your rough draft.
• Reread your rough draft.
• Consider the adjustments made by peer editor.
• Begin revision.

Final Copy

• Rewrite your copy as the final draft.
• Use your neatest handwriting.
• Remember to watch your margins.
