• Access InterfaceXpress via the board website or
  RealtyServers website
• www.northwoodsrealtors.org
• www.realtyserver.com

Choose the Open House Tab

Enter your MLS number choose edit

Click on the listing

• Clicking on the listing will bring up this screen

Click the Add New button

Enter the Open House TimeOptional enter
notes/descriptionClick Save

To Search For an Open House

• Click on the Open House Tab

Choose your search criteria

Click Search

Once Selected See next page

• You may print or email a summary sheet by using
  the print and email icons
• You may print or email a hot sheet by choosing
  the client or full detail using the drop down box
  which defaults to tour/open summary- just click
  in the box
• You may search again by clicking on the search
  again button-
