NAP BiH- ELABORATION METHODOLOGY -

• NDA - identified conditions, problems,
  polluters, pollution sources
• BB reference level of pollution defined for
  following reduction rate
• Issue/Impact matrix - based on NDA results and
  estimated BB identified significance value for
  different polluters
• Plan list of priority problems and necessary
  activities
• Sector plans based on NDA, BB and environmental
  problems ranking measures have been proposed
  for pollution reduction and reduction rate has
  been estimated
• NAP preparation based on NDA, BB and Sector
  plans
• List of priorities for 2010 Investment matrix
  elaborated for preliminary ranking of projects.
