Career pathway committees are an example of a
fundamental shift in thinking takng place in
government today. A shift from providing programs
and services through hierachal governmental
beaurcracies to utilizing the core competencies
of all related agencies through third party
entities to solve complex, multi-dimensional,
multi-faceted issues in society.
