The One-Stop Shop store model is very simple in
structure and navigation, allowing shoppers to
quickly find the products they want and place
their orders.
- Key Shopping Features Include
- Quick Checkout
- no registration process or address book
- only a shipping address is required at order time
- Low Maintenance Shopping Cart
- selected items will be removed from the order
list when the shopper closes the browser
- This model is appropriate for stores that meet
the following criteria - The merchant is targeting consumers
- The shoppers are usually one-time or occasional
buyers - The shoppers usually know what items they want to
purchase and want to find them quickly - All items that a shopper orders will be delivered
to the same address - The merchant does not want registration as part
of the purchasing process

The Personal Delivery store model has a simple
navigation structure, with some added features to
help personalize the shopping experience.
- Key Shopping Features Include
- Purchase Tracking by Customer
- requires shoppers to register before they can
place an order - requires shoppers to log on to the store at
return visits - Easy Repeat Purchases
- items the shopper has placed in the shopping cart
are kept there for future visits until the
shopper removes them - Convenient Ship-To Specification
- an address book is available to shoppers so that
they can maintain a personal log of the addresses
of people to whom they frequently want to send
goods
- This model is appropriate for stores that meet
the following criteria - The merchant is targeting consumers
- The shoppers tend to repeat their purchases
- The shoppers usually know what items they want to
purchase and want to find them quickly - Each item in an order can be shipped to a
different address

The Business-to-Business store model has a
corporate purchasing structure, allowing
merchants to group their business clients into
different shopper or office groups.
- This model is appropriate for stores that meet
the following criteria - The merchant is targeting other businesses or
groups of shoppers - The merchant wants to be able to offer unique
products or other incentives, such as discounts,
to each business or group of shoppers - The businesses or groups of shoppers tend to
repeat their purchases

- Selective Registration
- The store manager is responsible for approving
office groups - Before making a purchase, each shopper must
register with an office - The office manager is responsible for approving
shoppers within the office - Customized Catalog by Office
- The store manager can define the product prices
and product web pages that will be available to
each group - Purchase Approvals
- All completed orders placed by shoppers must be
approved by the office manager before they can be
fulfilled
