    issues and complete risk assessment.

    building. Risk assessment. Discussing the

    and team recommendations. Management sponsorship
    of ongoing projects (approximately 90 days later)
  • Post session Follow-up on team projects.
    Setting up local Ethics committee and
    implementing management structure and support
    systems.
