• Project Overview
• A conveyor system on four injection molding
  machine at Stone Plastics and Mfg. were modified
  to add the following features
• - A mode of operation for the robot to stack a
  user selectable amount of parts on the conveyor
  after which the conveyor indexes and the process
  is repeated.
• A mode of operation for the conveyor to
  shut-down after five minutes of inactivity.
• An alarm system to warn the operator when parts
  are ready to be unloaded.
