• Laser Eye Accident Emergency Procedure
• If you suspect a laser eye exposure, complete the
  following
• Immediately call 911 (447-6880 from a cell
  phone).
• Notify your supervisor.
• Notify others in the work area.
• Do not drive yourself to the Health Services
  Department or a doctor.
• Remain in a sitting position during transport and
  examination to prevent further damage to the
  retina.
• Ensure that you receive an examination by an
  ophthalmologist to determine whether an injury
  exists.
• Safe the laser and leave the scene unchanged.
