the day. The purpose of this session is to answer
your questions and to prepare you to complete the
FY2007 SABS survey.

Continuous Improvement

• Stations are facing similar challenges
• How do we define success?

  accomplish our mission?

  them?

• SABS should help industry management understand

• Had a 60 participation rate despite being

• CPB Television Station Activities Survey (SAS)
• Included statutory EEO information
• Annual Salary Report
• Post McKinsey FY2003-FY2005
• Simplified Revenue Sections
• Importance of Benchmarking Cost Information

SABS is evolving into a useful tool.
Unfortunately, the evolution process has been
more difficult than expected.
