  essential in understanding our Membership
  Statistics.
• Through the Pilot Project for Membership
  Reporting in Zones 23/24, we will be providing
  all the information necessary for your district
  to open communication with these individuals

Pilot Project for Membership Reporting

• Reports and Resources become available September
  1st
• Four reports will be generated for you each
  month
• Beginning Membership list for the month
• Terminated Membership list for the month
• New Member list for the month
• Transferring Member list during the month

• The four Reports will include the following
  information
• Name
• Phone and Fax Numbers
• Full Mailing Address
• Email Address
• Club Name
• District Number

Report Data

• The data used for compiling these reports is
  taken monthly from the RI Database in the form of
  a Data Retriever file.
• Clubs reporting membership through RI Member
  Access will be immediately updated to this
  Database and reported to you on the reports.

  communications to

• Print telephone lists e-mail lists
• Send links for Online Surveys
