• Can the new Online Help be customized?
• Not easily, and any changes will be overwritten
  with the next release of Help. SunGard SCT
  recommends using Local Help within Banner to
  maintain any custom documentation.
• Where can I get column information?
• SCT Dynamic Help, Local Dynamic Help, and Item
  Properties (choices available from the Help
  pull-down menu in Banner) all display column
  information when it is available.

• Is Dynamic Help going away?
• For 7.0, Dynamic Help will not change.
  Eventually, we plan to phase out SCT-delivered
  Dynamic Help. There are no plans to phase out
  Local Help, which is where SunGard SCT
  recommends you maintain your customized
  information.

• Is the Bookshelf going away?
• No. Online Help will not affect the Bookshelf.
• What will happen to the old online help?
• All information from the old Online Help
  (introduced in release 4.0) has been incorporated
  into the new Online Help.
