Stipulates - conditions for an effective
protection of life, health and property against
the consequences of extraordinary events, - tasks
and activities of state administration bodies,
municipalities, - rights and duties of natural
and legal persons in provision of civil
protection of the population
7Act on integrated rescue system
Stipulates -organisation of the integrated
rescue system, -competences and tasks of
state administration authorities and rescue units
within the framework of the integrated rescue
system, -rights and duties of municipalities and
other legal persons, natural persons entitled to
enterprising and other natural persons, at
co-ordination of activities related to provision
of assistance, if a life, health, property or the
environment is imminently endangered.
8Act on the prevention of major industrial
accidents (Seveso II)
Stipulates -procedure for the prevention of
major industrial accidents at establishments
handling selected dangerous substances,
-readiness for defeating such accidents, should
they occur, -as well as to limit their
consequences for human life and health, the
environment and property.
