  • 3. Identify titles in JSTOR and indexing
    abstracting sources now online.
  • IRC worked with all IS teams to develop
    guidelines
  • JSTOR Arts and Sciences II, Business, Language
    and Literature and Music done this year.
  • 157 print index titles also in electronic form
    have been identified and withdrawn

  • Terminator 2
  • Work with stakeholders, e.g.,IS Teams, MAT, TST,
    Space and others to identify criteria and/or
    guidelines for de-selecting materials
  • Guidelines and time tables were established with
    input from all stakeholders
  • Duplicate titles in the stacks are being
    identified and withdrawn as selectors have time.
    MAT reports over 20,000 volumes withdrawn to date
    through various projects.

    allocations, how we track our success and meet
    customers' needs. In process as part of the IS
    APT work.

LEARNINGS
  • Rapidly changing environment requires IRC to be
    very flexible
  • Plans made at the beginning often have their
    timelines changed.
  • We are getting good at nailing jello to the wall.
  • We are never bored.
