Complaints

• Im tired of being treated like that.
• Ive worked and worked, and no one notices,
  appreciates, or cares what I do.
• Ive worked long enough, and its somebody elses
  turnwhen did servants get to quit serving?
• I didnt get any training, and they expect me to
  do this rightdont talk to the Master like that.
  
• Theres plenty of people around here let
  somebody else volunteer.
• Ive done my share of the little jobs!

Aptitude

• Start at the bottom and work your way up.
• Each new assignment will include things youve
  never done, and you have to learn.
• After sufficient time in learning various skills,
  your skill set will become apparent to you and to
  others.

• Focus on refining your primary skill, and God
  will give you plenty of opportunities for
  service.
• Look for someone to mentor.
• Serve with joy.
• Stay faithful.

Application

• Our purpose in service is to find a need and
  meet, and to find a hurt and heal it.
• The bottom line is that we have to choose to be
  servants. Were a volunteer army of servants.
• God is looking for humble servants at MBCnot
  servants of the staff, or of the board, or of
  some team, but HIS servantsto do what He needs
  to get done.

• Volunteer! If you know your skill set, well use
  you there. If not, weve got lots of jobs to get
  you started.
• Well keep inviting you to serve until you find
  your niche!
• We will serve the Lord in eternity, and our
  service here will determine our service there.
