- To meet the educational needs of a diverse
student population through a high quality system

- Increase the percentage of students who meet or
exceed achievement performance levels - Reduce the achievement gap for students from all
backgrounds - Increase the percentage of graduates who plan to
continue their education after high school - Increase the percentage of students who attend
school regularly and who graduate from high
school in a timely manner - Increase the percentage of students and
stakeholders who have a high degree of
