  • Since the formulation of the Rural Water
    Programme, the principal focus has been on
    quality deficient drinking water supplies and how
    to bring these up to the required standard. This
    remains our priority objective.

    various group schemes in each county.
  • Beneficial for schemes just metered to decide on
    charges.
