• In this slide show you will see how easy it is to
  compose your own exercises for the Portable
  EndoTrainer. The used items can generally be
  bought in a supermarket or at a builders
  merchant.

Place a scourer between the four clips or secure
the scourer to the bottom of the trainer with
double sided adhesive paper.

Stick pins in the scourer.

Place a container or a matchbox in the trainer.
Try to put beads inside the container and then
take them out again.

Secure a peace of wood or polystyrene foam to the
bottom of the trainer. Screw in a few ring-shaped
screws. Try to lead a thread through the rings.

Screw a number of screws in a block of
wood/polystyrene foam. Try to place thumbtacks on
top of the screws.

Try to tighten a elastic band around the screws.

Place a clip on the elastic band.
