• Capability exists to receive Alerts
  (Notification) when Updates Occur

• SharePoint is not a replacement for our website
• Our website is for any Marine or Sailor
• Our website will continue to focus on information
  such as our Training Schedule and valuable tools
  for Uniformed Victim Advocates and Victim
  Advocates

SAPR SharePoint SiteHow Do I Gain Access?

• 1st Step Establish a MCEITS Account
• Go to http//www.mceits.usmc.mil and click I
  agree to indicate agreement with the terms
• Fill out the form, selecting HQMC Sexual Assault
  Prevention and Response Office as the SharePoint
  Site and Penny Parsons as the Government POC,
  703-432-9072, penny.parsons_at_usmc.mill
• Hit the submit button.

• 2nd Step MCEITS will send our site
  administrator, Ms. Penny Parsons, an email saying
  you have requested an account
• Our site administrator will re-enter your
  information to request your account.
• When the site admin receives notification that
  your account has been created, you will be
  notified that you now have access.
• IMPORTANT Read Step 3.

• IMPORTANT - 3nd Step you will receive a
  notification e-mail with user name and password
  and a link to the SAPR SharePoint site.
• BEFORE going to the SAPR SharePoint Site FOLLOW
  THE INSTRUCTIONS TO CAC-ENABLE YOUR ACCOUNT You
  must do this 1st before going to the site.
• If you are using other USMC SharePoint sites
  through MCEITS, you do not have to CAC-Enable
  your account again if you have already done so.
