- Mission The G5 is the principal staff officer
for all matters concerning civil-military
operations (the civilian impact on military
operations and the impact of military operations
on the civilian populace). The G5 has
responsibility to enhance the relationship
between the US Military and the Host Nation in
order to facilitate mission accomplishment. - FM 101-5, Staff Organization and Operations

- Develops TSC CMO planning.
- Coordinates on behalf of the TSC commander with
US agencies, indigenous foreign agencies, and

concerning civil affairs (CA) matters. - Provides staff supervision of attached CA units.

with associated funding, manpower, facilities,
and other resources were transferred from Eighth
Army (and 19th TSC) to the Installation
Management Agency Korea Region Office as part of
the Armys transformation of installation
management. - This stove pipe organization operating within
the DA ACSIM guidelines will consolidate and
conserve resources while providing standard
levels of service Army-wide. - The IMA KORO mission is to provide equitable,
