4Mission Statement
Provide the leadership of the Maneuver Support
Center of Excellence (MSCoE) assistance on
doctrine, organization, training, materiel,
leadership, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF)
processes as they apply to the Army Enterprise
Accreditation Standards (AEAS). Ensure the
implementation of current and relevant training
to educate and support leaders, warriors, and
forces for full spectrum operations (FSO) and
success in current and future operational
environments. Support training development for
The Army School System (TASS) to meet the Army
Force Generation (ARFORGEN) requirements with
effective educational research and analysis.

- Provide process oversight
- Develop installation Master Evaluation Plan
- Ensure compliance with TRADOC Regulation 350-70
- Conduct special studies
- Develop data collection models
- Manage the American Council on Education (ACE)

GOV - Governance 1-17, A B 19 Department of the Army (DA)- or TRADOC-directed staff functions and key enablers required to accomplish core functions.
CAC - Combined Arms Center 18-34 17 Core functions include doctrine, leader development, functional training, training development, training support, and lessons learned (PME, functional training).
IMT - Deputy Commanding General (DCG), Initial Military Training Center of Excellence (IMTCoE) 35-37 3 Core function is Initial Military Training (BOLC-B, WOBC, BCT/AIT/OSUT).
