2Time Approval
- Time will be approved by pay period
- Managers will select the pay period relevant for
approval with - this field
3Time Approval
Information identifying the current status of the
approval and the employees will be displayed in
these columns.
4Time Approval
The scheduled or contracted hours will be
displayed in this column.
5Time Approval
These columns will display the number of hours
that the employee has recorded, but has not yet
submitted for approval.
6Time Approval
These columns will display the number of hours
that the employee has submitted for approval.
These are the only hours that will be approved
from this screen when the approval action is
executed.
7Time Approval
These columns will display the number of hours
that have been approved for the employee for the
selected pay period.
8Time Approval
This column will display the number of hours that
the employee has not recorded. It is the
difference between the scheduled hours and the
approved hours. In the case of a missing time
sheet, this will be equal to the scheduled of
contract hours.
9Time Approval
These columns will display the number of hours
that the have been calculated as relevant for
overtime approval. These fields will only be
filled if the overtime period has been reached in
the pay period.
10Time Approval
Approve action When the supervisor clicks on
this button the records for the employee are
approved. If the supervisor needs to reject an
entry, then they must access the detail records
for the employee, by double clicking on the
employee name and execute the rejection on the
detailed record.
