generally based on information from traditional
sources, but Internet makes it possible to work
directly and on equal terms with African schools.

- Create a human and technical platform for a
direct collaboration between schools in the
participating countries - Enhance teaching and learning by integrating the
use of e-mail, Internet and TV. - Promote exchange of ideas and experiences about
European and African conditions and thus form a
basis for intercultural understanding
