  • If we cant convince a Sailor to stay in the
    active component, we must encourage them to
    affiliate with the Navy Reserve.
  • Great opportunity to retain Sailors who are
    pursuing civilian careers.
  • Best strategy is to begin educating Sailors early
    so they understand the on-ramp/off-ramp options
    to continue their service.
