Navy Enterprise Model
  • Getting out of the stovepipes of commands and
    communities cost is too high the way we now do
    business. It is not about operations.
  • Strategic management of the commands assets,
    that is, people, funds, things (e.g., computers,
    chairs, pens, etc.), and processes. Using a
    common behavior approach.
  • NNWC is the Type Commander of the Navys Network
    Warfare FORCEnet Enterprise (NNFE). We have
    providers and enablers like BUMED, SPAWAR, etc.
    We have resource sponsors, such as, OPNAV.
  • Need to have transparency across the enterprise
    with such things as processes, strategy, metrics
    targets, decision-making, and people culture.

  • The employment of cyber capabilities where the
