- Reducing the impact of demographic change on the
availibility of skilled workers - Giving assistance to SME with an integrated
modell (different instruments out of one hand)

- Pilot measures in co-operation with businesses
(especially SME of the manufacturing sector) - Consult for organisational questions, vitality
checks - Courses to prevent age-related diseases
- Enhancing the abilities of erderly workers to act
as mentors passing on their experiences - Sensitisation for Employment 55 (campaign)

- First Contact Sensitisation, Introduction of F4W
(Business Communication Partner BCP) - Analysis Tools helping the enterprise to
understand the need to take action (thematic
specialists) - Analysis of Results between local F4W partners
- Preparation of the Interventions with the
companys responsible person (BCP thematic
specialists)
