In the Tyrosine Hydroxylase Deficiency, there is lack of enzymes which are involved in converting amino acid tyrosine to L-dopa. A wide range of symptoms can be associated with the Tyrosine Hydroxylase Deficiency, and it varies from patient to patient. The most common symptoms include the uncoordinated or clumsy manner of walking (abnormal gait) and dystonia.
