Valer (Valeri Tsenov) is a renowned European artist who graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia. Combining elements of modern and ancient Mediterranean art, his work, largely recognized in Bulgaria, has received further popularity in Europe through prestigious art fairs and personal exhibitions in Luxembourg, Frankfurt, Berlin, Saint-Paul du Vence, Aix-en-Provence, Brignole, Paris, Strasbourg etc.

Valery Tsenov is one of the most famoust bulgarian painters. He was born on the 27th of October 1961 in the village of Letchevo, Bulgaria. In 1981 he graduated the High School of Fine Arts in Plovdiv. 1983 – 1989 studied and graduated illustration, book design and graphics at the Academy of Fine Arts, Sofia.

The artist creates in the field of painting and watercolors. First prize Winter Salon Strasbourg 1915, his unique artistic style combines elements from the typical Bulgarian tradition with his own vision and understandings. He uses symbols that goes beyond country borders and cultural differences to send his spiritual messages to the world. His paintings take part of prestigious private and public art collections all over the world (in the Bulgarian Presidency, in Unesco, in many European institutions etc)

Born on the 27th of October of 1961 in the village of Lehchevo in the Montana area. He graduated The High School of Fine Arts “Zanko Lavrenov” in Plovdiv and then moved on the study Illustration at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia. He lives and works in Plovdiv.

Valeri Tsenov is a Bulgarian artist whose works have been widely exhibited on a national level, as well as in Germany, France, and Luxembourg. He believes that something that can be explained with words does not need to be painted.

Snowdrops can symbolise chastity, consolation, death, friendship in adversity, hope and purity. Christians dedicated them to the Virgin Mary, scattering the flowers on altars on Candlemas Day (2 February) and bringing bunches into churches as symbols of purity. As a result, churchyards are often full of snowdrops, probably planted there to supply flowers for these rituals.

Tsenov's magically realistic pieces are conceived as vibrant mosaics, with multiple layers of space and time. They represent unique emotional matrices, which help us return to what is vital, to the somehow forgotten sources of our civilization.

Graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia in 1981 in Mural Painting and Oil Painting. Vesselin Nenkov was married, father of two children. Since graduating the Academy of Fine Arts, he works on his own mainly in the field of Painting. He actively participated in the creative life of the Union of the Bulgarian Artists till 1989.
