  first time takers

• NLNAC or CCNE accreditation

• 1 to 8 ratio for inpatient clinical
• Preceptorship
• Instructor must be involved
• Is responsible
• Clear understanding of course objectives

Medication or other errors

• Incident report for you
• Also would require a copy of their plan of action
  to prevent
• Students need to learn process of errors in just
  culture mode
• Patient safety goals of hospital

Clinical faculty

• Require responsibility
• Site maintenance
• Clear communication on skills and supervision
• Students must be good citizens on the unit !!!!
