  stimulant, can also increase anxiety and
  restlessness.

• The health effects of smoking refer to direct
  smoking as well as second hand smoke. Second hand
  smoke is more harmful then smoke yourself.
  Smoking also increases the chance of heart
  disease, such as heart attach or stroke.

• The main health risks in tobacco pertain to
  diseases of the cardiovascular (???)system, in
  particular smoking being a major risk factor for
  heart attack, and cancer, particularly lung
  cancer.

The incidence of lung cancer is highly correlated
with smoking.

Outdoor Smoking Bans in the U.S.

• California (U.S.A) has designated certain
  areas, such as all public schools and even
  prisons, as "tobacco-free" zones, where the
  possession of tobacco in any form (whether by
  students, parents, teachers, or others) is
  strictly prohibited indoors and outdoors. The
  sale and advertisement of tobacco is banned
  within 1000 feet (300 m) of educational
  facilities.
