- What does that word mean?
- A group organized to work together.
- A group of people with a full set of
complementary skills required to complete a task,
job or project. - A group on the same side, as in a game.
- A number of persons associated in some joint
action a team of advisers.

It depends on what contributions or attributes
are needed at a particular time.

- Provide Leadership (guidance/direction).
- Serve the local Regions.

- Train the volunteers.

Board different from the AD and Area Staff?

- Manage the day to day running of the local
program. - Guide the volunteers.
- Train the volunteers with quality programs so the
players have an experience that will enrich their
lives.

- The AD is asking an RC to submit the Regional
Assessment Program which is long overdue. - The RC is refusing and has all sorts of excuses.
