Taking a Digital Photo
  • Switch the camera to shoot mode.
  • Looking through the viewfinder or the LCD screen
    and select the shot.
  • Press the shutter button to take the shot
  • Switch the camera to view mode to check that you
    got the required shot.
  • Repeat this process until you get your shot
  • Turn the camera off

Downloading
  • Connect the camera to the computer using the USB
    cable.
  • Switch the camera to view mode
  • On the computer click on Paint Shop Pro 8 to
    run this application.
  • Look for the E drive and locate the camera
  • Open the picture you took and save it in a folder.

Editing a Photo
  • In PSP8 open the folder containing the picture
    you saved.
  • Using the crop tool select the section of the
    image you wish to use.
  • Save the cropped image using a new name.

Printing the Image
  • In PSP8 select File gt Print Layout select File
    gt Open Template select Categories, standard
    sizes choose 8 x 10 , click OK
  • Double click on the image in the top left corner
    of the window
  • Select File gt Print setup
  • choose landscape or portrait as appropriate

Printing the Image
  • Select Printer, ensure that the correct printer
    is highlighted
  • Select Properties gt Paper / Quality in the Media
    window choose the type of media you wish to print
    on (transparency / photo paper etc )
  • Set the Quality Setting to Best
  • Click OK gt Close
  • Select File gt Print
