A lid pick and place mechanism specifically
developed for the confectionery industry to
accommodate revisions to lid material
specifications. Improved features were also
incorporated to provide additional reliability
and maintenance benefits.
A heated vessel designed for storing jam for use
in biscuit production. Existing issues with the
current method associated with wear, access and
inefficient energy usage were eliminated to
provide a unit suitable for other applications.
A stand alone vegetable processing system using
plc controlled vision technology and pneumatics
to operate and control positioning, cutting and
waste removal systems for totally automated
preparation of the product prior to packing.
A laser alignment device retro fitted as an
upgrade to a number of existing filling lines to
improve quality and reduce wastage by assisting
accurate positioning of sandwiches and wraps
prior to ultrasonic or blade cutting.
A fully project managed direct feed system
installation manufactured totally in stainless
steel for conveying bagged multi-pack products in
the crisps and snacks industry utilising a
variety of conveyor styles, handling and transfer
methods.
A self contained fruit packing system consisting
of de-nesters, multi layered conveyors and
ergonomically designed operator stations to
process product and packaging from storage
through to tray sealing and end of line packing.
