The mission of UCP is to assist infants,
children, youth, and adults, with disabilities,
and their families, achieve their goals of
development, growth, independence, and full
citizenship. Our vision is that all persons in
the community, regardless of ability or
disability, have an equitable opportunity to
fully participate in all facets of community
life, in accord with their personal needs and
interests.

Diagnosis/ Type of Disability Despite what our
name may seem to imply, cerebral palsy is but
one of more than 80 conditions and diagnosis for
which UCP provides care and services. The most
prevalent diagnosis or conditions of the
consumers who have benefitted from our services
