• Shut down and start up

Key dates

• 14 August 2015 Commence shut down at 9AM
• 18 August Recommence payments into CFM at 9AM
• 2 September Start up at 9AM

Shut down

• Register of Radiocommunications Licences is
  frozen and displayed as at 14 August
• RADCOM and CFM no applications for any type of
  licence accepted, no renewals processed, no
  device registrations accepted, no payments
  accepted.
• Read-only access to RADCOM for staff to assist
  with answering questions beyond the information
  provided on the RRL.

Payment Start-Up

• 18 August Payments recommence and customers can
  pay invoices sent out before the shut down ie
  renewals or invoices for new licences.
• New licences will be received after go-live.
• Renewed licences will be available for download
  from the RRL.

During shut down

• No submissions accepted. Submissions returned.
• ACMA to make payment offices connections
• Contact the Customer Service Centre if a licence
  is needed urgently

Start Up

• 2 September Start up SPECTRA and TechOne,
  restart SMAL and RADCOM
• Electronic submissions via ALF and Intelledox
  will not be automated to start
• Business Operating Procedures will be updated

Changes

• Online payment gateway directing payments
• Two BPAY numbers CFM and SPECTRA
• Two invoice references CFM and SPECTRA
• SMAL access only for antennas and sites only

• New customers and new payment office contacts
  created by the ACMA
• Satellite IDs being created, will be new
  information on the extended RRL need as
  additional info in an XML. Contact ACMA for new
  satellites to create an ID
