- Members and friends can now use Saint Peters
on-line roster and stewardship database called
ACS to offer services and find volunteers for
events. ACS provides an easy way to match
volunteers time and talents with opportunities
to serve Saint Peters ministry. It works like
this
Members and friends define their own spiritual
gifts, passions, abilities and personality traits
Program and event planners describe serving
opportunities and identify needed volunteer
attributes
People are matched with opportunities
Volunteers seize opportunities that interest
them, OR
Planners search for volunteers with the needed
strengths
2Log in to your ACS accountfrom

1. First, go to www.saintpeters.org and click on
Connect.
2. Then click on Go to Saint Peters Database.

An existing user should sign in.
A new user must request a login to set up an
account. You will need your first name, last
name, and the email address that we have on file.
A non-member can also have an account.
4Entering your serving attributes into ACS (1)
When you log in, your Home page will open.
Click on My Complete Profile.

You will now be on My Profile page.
Click on the Serving tab.
Then click Add Attributes.

1. Under each tab, check every box that describes
you.
2. Enter the times and days you can serve in
Availability for Serving.
3. Click Save.

After clicking Save you will be returned to your
profile summary page. You can edit your
information by clicking the pencils.
8Find a Serving Opportunity (1)
and then select Search Opportunities.
From any page, put your cursor on Serving
9Find a Serving Opportunity (2)
The Current Opportunities screen will appear.
Opportunities will change continuously as more
people begin using the system. Check back often.
You can search for opportunities using keywords
or click on the available position for more
information.

The team leader will be notified that you are
interested and you will be contacted. Make sure
your contact information is correct.
After reading the description
you may click on Im Interested.
11Updating your contact information
1. From any window, point to Home
and select My Profile.
2. From here you can Add
or edit your contact information.
12Updating your preferences
1. Click on Change Preferences.
2. Select your contact preference and then click
Submit.
13Updating your personal information (1)
1. Click on Personal Info.
2. Edit your personal information,
then click Submit, or Cancel if no changes are
necessary.

If you made changes, you will see this notice. It
will disappear after your change has been
approved.
You may also review and edit the information for
your Family Members.
15Managing your account (1)
1. From any window, point to Home
and select My Account.
2. From here you can change the e-mail and
password you use to access ACS, as well as other
personal preferences and payment methods.

3. VERY IMPORTANT In order to appear in a
directory where people can find you, you must
change your Personal Preferences.
4. We recommend that you check all of the boxes
below so that others in our community may find
you. Unlisted phones and e-mail addresses will
never be shown. By default, you will not appear
in anyones directory unless you give permissions
below.
17Adding personal and family pictures
1. Go to My Profile and select Edit.
2. Select Family for a family picture or Picture
for an individual picture.
then click Save.
3. Choose File from your computer
click Preview to upload your picture

Online Help is available at the top of every
screen.
You can also Report a Problem if the help system
doesnt answer your questions. You will be
contacted.
Finally, you may call the church office to set up
a one-on-one appointment.
